Mark M. Holtzer

MARK M. HOLTZER was born and raised on Long Island and was admitted to the New York Bar in 1986.

Mark’s practice focuses exclusively on matrimonial and family law.  He regularly litigates matters involving custody, valuation of separate and marital property, equitable distribution, child support and maintenance and represents clients in negotiating prenuptial agreements, ante-nuptial agreements and separation agreements.

Over the past 30 years, Mark has developed an expertise and reputation as a skilled practitioner and a creative problem-solver.  With compassion and sensitivity, Mark carefully counsels individuals facing emotional and life-altering circumstances.  He is a fierce advocate who navigates the challenging issues that arise in matrimonial and family matters while never losing sight of his clients' objectives.

Mark endeavors to position each client for an amicable out-of-court resolution.  When that cannot be accomplished, Mark uses his skills as a tenacious trial and appellate attorney to achieve what could not be accomplished without judicial intervention.
